Printed Decoupage Sheets By Janet Briggs

All the printed decoupage sheets, card toppers and cardmaking kits in this section are created by Janet Briggs. These sheets have the option of being printed on either a satin, matt or gloss paper. My personal favourite is the satin finish. It has a lovely soft sheen. The decoupage sheets require hand cutting.
