Die cut decoupage toppers from Hearty Crafts. (No cutting or pushing out required)

10 humming birds and floral toppers, each with 3 layers and glittered highlights. Printed on 280gms card. Toppers are approximately 3.5" to 4" or 10cm.

Pack contains 10 different die cut toppers. Each topper consists of 3 decoupage layers. 

The layers are die cut and already pushed out. You simply need to add foam pads or silicone glue to the 3 layers to create a speedy decoupage topper.

These are perfect for those who have difficulty cutting or for when time is short and at only 52p per topper these are great value.
