Sheet contains 3 toppers and several sentiment tags. Some tags are blank for your own sentiment, the others read, Get Well Soon, Enjoy Your Retirement and Thinking of You. Each topper is approximately 4.25" (11cm) So will fit cards upwards from 5"x5" and A5 upwards.
