UK ORDERS
Orders which include physical products are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. This can extend to 48 hours during busy periods. Orders placed after 2pm are posted next day or on Monday if ordered after 12pm on Friday.
Delivery Prices on UK orders is
- £2.80 by Royal Mail 2nd Class
- £3.75 by Royal Mail 1st Class
- £3.00 by Royal Mail Track 48
- £3.80 by Royal Mail Track 24
Orders over £30 qualify for free P&P and are usually sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Track 48 Delivery service.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We no longer ship outside the UK, as we experienced a growing number of returned orders, due to customers not paying custom charges.
Digital Downloads UK Customers only are available for download a few minutes after payment is received. You will receive an email with a link to the downloads. (Note do check your junk email folder) Click on the link to enter the digital vault. Enter your email address and the given password to access your downloads.
Digital products must be downloaded within 7 days of receiving payment. If you are new to downloads and need any help at all with this process, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am here to help.
