UK ORDERS
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. This can extend to 48 hours during busy periods. Orders placed after 2pm are posted next day or on Monday if ordered after 12pm on Friday.
Delivery Prices on UK orders
- £2.80 by Royal Mail 2nd Class
- £3.85 by Royal Mail 1st Class
- £3.00 by Royal Mail Track 48
- £3.90 by Royal Mail Track 24
Orders over £30 qualify for free P&P and are usually sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Track 48 Delivery service.
NONE RECEIPT OF ORDERS
Royal Mail are very reliable and we rarely experience lost parcels. In the event that your order does not arrive, please note Royal Mai's policies on accepting a parcel is lost. It does depend on which service you select but as an example, RM do not deem a 2nd class package lost until 10 working days AFTER THE DUE DATE. It is only at this point that I could make a claim and would be able to issue a refund or send a replacement order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We no longer ship outside the UK, as we experienced a growing number of returned orders, due to customers not paying custom charges.
