Birthday Decoupage Sheets by Janet Briggs

All the printed decoupage sheets, card toppers and cardmaking kits in this section are created by Janet Briggs. You have the option of purchasing the sheets with either a satin, matt or gloss finish. My personal favourite is the satin finish. It has a lovely soft sheen. The decoupage sheets require hand cutting.
