TERMS FOR CARDMAKERS

You may colour the image either manually or digitally  and use it on your hand made greetings cards and sell your cards.

If selling the cards online, a credit should be made in your item description stating

TERMS FOR DIGITAL PRINTABLE DESIGNERS AND SCRAPBOOKERS

This is an exclusive item, so you may use these commercially on a website that YOU OWN, without a Cheryl Seslar license.

If you are a printable designer selling on a multi vendor website, e.g. Craftsuprint, you must own Cheryl Seslars license, allowing you to do so, before using these graphics.

You must make something new with the COLOURED graphic such as printables, embroidery designs, scrapbook pages to sell on your own website, ebay, Etsy, OR on line malls.

-Give credit to us in your product description AND on your printable sheet or scrapbook terms of use, in the format

'Original line art © Cheryl Seslar Designs from www.toptoppershop.co.uk'

-Sell your digital product as a flattened printable and or scrapbook page so that the graphics can not be removed from them.

-Scrapbookers may use these clipart images in scrapbook kits that you sell. When using in digital scrapkits, they must be merged / flattened onto something else (such as a frame, tag or background paper), you may add a sticker border or texture. Kits created for the purpose of resale should not contain more than 50% of the collection purchased

-Digitize Embroidery designs before selling them on your website.

-Email me should you see some one not abiding by our terms of use. I would greatly appreciate that.

PLEASE DON'T:

-You may not share, sell or give away the graphics 'as is' you must make something using the COLOURED graphics. You can however give away an occasional freebie of your finished product on your own website.

-You may not alter these graphics in any way, other than colouring them, and sell or give them away as graphics.

-Web Designers: You may not include these graphics, as a graphic when you build your websites for sale or free.

-You may not make new graphic collections by adding to them or mixing and matching collections.

-You may not make make brushes or tubes from these graphics.

FINALLY

-Please do not assume it is ok to do something with the graphics that is not listed here. Email toptoppershop@hotmail.co.uk anytime you have questions.

-You do not own the copyrights to these graphics, when purchasing the graphic you have a license to use them per our terms.

-You may not claim the graphic as your own.

-Please back up your graphics on CD or DVD.
