1 Step by Step Moveable decoupage sheet by Mary Rahder.
Using brads or eyelets parts are connected to enable creation of an animated topper.
Simply connect the moveable parts as instructed and then layer up as with normal decoupage.
On this one, the horse's head, tail and legs move up and down when the small heart strip is pushed and pulled.
