What payment methods do you accept?
I accept, Postal Orders, Cheques, Paypal, Credit & Debit cards and card payments taken over the telephone. (0191 3733681)
How do I pay for my order?
When you have placed the items you would like in your basket, go to Checkout. You will see the following 2 options.
Checkout
Paypal customers can click on the paypal logo, for a speedy checkoout, but will need to go through the white button 'checkout' if you are needing to enter a discount code. You will still be able to pay via paypal.
For all other payment methods click on the white box, Checkout.
How do I pay by cheque or postal order?
When you have placed the items you would like in your basket, go to Checkout.
Stage 1. Click on the white checkout box. Enter the customer details requested, i.e. name address etc. An email address OR telephone number is needed so I can contact you should there be a problem. Click on continue.
Stage 2. Select your preferred payment method (even if you are sending a postal order)
Stage 3. Order complete. You will see details of the address to post your payment to and who it should be made payable to and a message advising that an email will be sent to confirm your order.
How do I pay over the telephone?
When you have placed the items you would like in your basket, go to Checkout.
Stage 1. Click on the white checkout box. Enter the customer details requested, i.e. name address etc. An email address OR telephone number is needed so I can contact you should there be a problem. Click on continue.
Stage 2. Select your preferred payment method, .
Stage 3. Order complete. You will see details of the telephone number to ring, confirmation that your order has been placed and a message advising that an email will be sent to confirm your order.

How do I pay online with a credit or debit card?

Stage 3. Order complete. You will see confirmation that your order has been placed and a message advising that an email will be sent to confirm your order.
How do I pay through online direct bank transfer?
When you have placed the items you would like in your basket, go to Checkout.
Stage 1. Click on the white checkout box. Enter the customer details requested, i.e. name address etc. An email address OR telephone number is needed so I can contact you should there be a problem. Click on continue.
Stage 2. Select your preferred payment method, .
Stage 3. Order complete. You will see details of the bank account, confirmation that your order has been placed and a message advising that an email will be sent to confirm your order.
