1 Step by Step Moveable decoupage sheet by Mary Rahder.
Using brads or eyelets parts are connected to enable creation of an animated topper.
Simply connect the moveable parts as instructed and then layer up as with normal decoupage.
On this one, a snowman and tree are attached to the broom, so that when it is moved, they rock from side to side behind the wall.
